congrats on the new ride...one of my friends down here in FL got the exact same one in black...I have driven the 3.8 in both auto and manual but not the 2.0...I have been meaning to go test drive one but in all honesty I can't see it even comparing to the 3.8...and I wasn't that impressed with it either after driving my SRT...I love the look of them but just can't see putting down the money they are going for, especially the 2.0 which only has 210 HP compared to the 306 HP of the 3.8...the Coupes are between $23K and $33K down here in FL depending on which version you get...my loaded 03 Tib was only 21.5K...my 04 SRT with 272 WHP was 16.5K out the door...stock it was 245 WHP...hopefully with mods you will be able to get the WHP up...curious how much the stealership got you for...they have a huge markup on them down here in addition to the sticker price...bunch of crap... _________________

i absolutely love it ... much better that the tib .
sean not excatly sure how to take that lol.. seems that u do but dont like the car.. i drove all models before making up my mind and when i say all models i MEAN ALL from even a sedan models as well.. and the reason i went with the 2.0 r-spec was that the handling is great and the front to rear wait ratio is actually quite nice as well it has nice pull through gears the starting Hp is low but can be increased greatly for little to no money. also all 3.8 models have horrible fuel cut at redline i mean car feels as if it is going to shut off and i didnt like the handling either car felt very unstable but with the 2.0 it seem to handle much better. i drove mine off the show room floor 20mile on odom. i got mine for way under sticker price i cant say how much but the dealership lost money after i was finished i was well taken care of, working on a sponsorship with a local garage down here. _________________

it was a love/hate kind of thing Mike...I miss my Tib and really like the new Coupes...but after driving a few and looking at the price I just couldn't convince myself to go ahead and get one if that makes sense...I think the R spec has the best bang for the buck out of all of them from what I have researched...have fun with the new car... _________________

Just be careful with overboosting that 2.0T. Hyundai isn't exactly known to over engineering their engines. With added engine pressures, you are likely to break something. Especially a spun bearing. You don't want to do that. _________________

It looks good, minus the tow hook. Everything else looks clean. _________________ "Money frees you from doing things you dislike. Since I dislike doing nearly everything, money is handy"

I have to tow-hooks due to being dropped 3ins all the way around.. you cant get under to hook to anything. So it was needed. _________________
